Bower is recruiting for a vacancy to join our growing Adviser Assistant team based at our head office in Ongar.

The Role

  • Provide administration support for a number of allocated field advisers
  • Build a relationship with customers to be the case handler and main point of contact for all allocated cases
  • Progress and monitor cases through 3rd party lenders and solicitors, assisting with issues where necessary
  • Provide weekly updates to customers and help them complete their transaction in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate notes and up to date details on our database
  • Track, update and maintain pipeline cases
  • Provide Management Information
  • Diary Management
  • General administration duties as required

Personal Specification

  • Proven track record in administration

  • Previous experience in financial services desirable
