We are a dynamic, fast growing travel company looking to hire a professional Account Director (Advertising) with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be part of a multitasking team and will be collaborating with our Product and Sales team to achieve and deliver advertising campaigns, e-commerce and marketing objectives. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented marketer with relevant experience in advertising and team management. The ideal candidate would be a utility player, comfortable multi-tasking and taking on different roles. Self-management, creativity and communication skills are crucial for this position. Well-rounded knowledge of analytics tools, web technologies, CRM (Hubspot) and other advertising campaign management tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute successful advertising campaigns for creating brand awareness and lead generation for existing and upcoming brands of Live Holidays
  • Define brand wise target market and deliver multi-channel campaign strategy through appropriate media planning & communications
  • Work out optimal media plans for each brand with details of target audience, media ad vehicle, frequency of ad placement and budgets on each channel
  • Liaise with product and sales team to understand products and market demand with an aim of creating suitable offers to deliver company objectives
  • Conceive advertising campaigns and campaign creatives to maximise outreach with an objective to convey the desired product image in the most cost-effective way
  • Monitor the progress of lead generation and brand focussed advertising campaigns, track performance of on-going campaigns and optimise further to reduce costs
  • Generate and present monthly reports on campaign performance, derive actionable insights from analytics, review and refine campaign strategy to improve the sales figures as per the requirements
  • Stay abreast of travel industry trends, changes in media or advertising channel performances, readership and channel effectiveness
  • Plan and manage conferences, seminars and exhibitions by liaising with conference organisers and internal stakeholders for promoting the brand image, new and existing products and offers

Key skills:

  • Hands-on knowledge of a broad range of marketing and advertising channels
  • SEO and Search Engine Marketing management skills
  • Experience in Print and PR campaigns
  • Understands analytics and CRM for monitoring and reporting campaign performances
  • Strong in strategy and leadership with stakeholder and team management experience and a proven track record across marketing mix
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
  • Degree in marketing or related field will be of added advantage
  • Previous travel industry experience will be of added advantage
