Join an award winning Marketing and Communications Agency in Central London in their Advertising Traffic Team specialising in online and offline marketing in the Property Sector. No property sector experience necessary.

Package: Bonus, healthcare, pension, 22 days + BH and then 25 days +BH following successful 6 month probation.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The role:

  • Build strong relationships with Clients
  • Attend monthly PR Client meetings
  • To manage the dispatch of press advertisements and online HTML's for various clients in the house building sector
  • Manage adverts and booking schedules through a bespoke online Ad system and HTML Project management system
  • Manage design layouts, coding and testing process on digital HTML ADs
  • Briefing and amending press, online and HTML advertising for clients
  • Liaise directly with clients, publications, internal Client Relationship Managers, internal Design Studio and Digital Coders
  • Confidently lead and participate in client meetings and communications
  • Embrace a culture to support a consultative, client focused and collaborative approach

The ideal Advertising Account Manager:

  • Be experienced in a similar role in a Creative Agency (fast paced in-house experience will be considered)
  • Have a creative eye for great design - generates fresh ideas, new approaches and displays originality
  • An ability to articulate ideas clearly and convincingly
  • Possess excellent project management skills and be experienced using Project Management Software
  • Be experienced using an Advert management system
  • Have outstanding presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be flexible, always ready to jump in and assist team members
  • Hold impeccable attention to detail
  • Be systematic & logical. Formulates and communicates coherent plans and manages priorities
  • Self control. Self-disciplined, diplomatic and able to manage stress in self and customers
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment whilst maintaining rapport and goodwill
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knows how and when to delegate and allocate authority and responsibility appropriately

Ideally but not essential:

  • Have experience of people management/supervisory skills including appraisals, development and guidance
  • Prince 2
