We are seeking an advanced occupational therapist to join our Band 7 team within the paediatric occupational therapy service in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. The role is based in Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales. You will provide operational and clinical leadership, supporting service development within both secondary and tertiary services delivered within inpatient and outpatient services.
Practice experience, with adults or children, with neurological diagnoses, supporting acute and rehabilitation within a multi-disciplinary model is required. You will lead occupational therapy delivery within the Major Trauma service, delegating within the paediatric occupational therapy team and healthcare support worker, within a multi-disciplinary context.
This role is pivotal to our work within the Children's Hospital for Wales and we are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible and highly motivated individua to the servicel. The post holder must have a portfolio of personal development demonstrating expert knowledge and integration of evidence based practice and practice guidelines within their clinical delivery
