There will be exciting opportunities to develop your clinical career working alongside the Frailty team consisting of a Consultant and trainee ACPs delivering individualised care to frail patients across the Trust.
We are looking to recruit a driven Advanced Clinical Practitioner who has experience of working autonomously and managing their own clinical workloadThe successful applicant will already possess the MSc in advanced practice and be a non-medical prescriber. They will have experience of working as an ACP within an acute setting or possess transferrable knowledge or skills The ideal candidate will have access to work based clinical Consultant support and supervision and be working within a supportive team of advanced practitioners.
