Adult Social Worker - Hybrid -East England

Are you an experienced Adult social worker looking to shape the future of vulnerable adults and families? Do you want to work with a low caseload?

A Local Authority in East England is hiring for a full time Adults' Social Worker to refer and assess adults in need and look after discharges.

Key Duties include:

  • External travel through the county
  • Allocating referrals and brokering assessments for care
  • Gathering safeguarding information or enquiries
  • Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Prevent delays and ensure adult social care is not a delay for external partners

What are they looking for?

  • Adult experience as a qualified social worker
  • Previous experience in Safeguarding
  • Driving Licence
  • Registered with SWE
  • Professional qualification in Social Work
