Our client is based in Liverpool and caters for the needs of young adults from 19-25 who have Severe Learning Difficulties and Autism; the school crucial for the development of these young adults and they need support workers to continue their amazing work.
They are looking to employ 2 Education Support Workers on a permanent basis, the hours are 8:30-15:30 Monday to Friday and it will be working throughout the day shift with no night work required.
The salary will depend on experience but it will be circa £15,800 to £18,500
Your main responsibilities will be to help guide these young adults through their education by building confidence, social skills, communication skills and life skills.
Teaching assistant qualifications and/or health and social care qualifications will be a great advantage
