Adult Support Worker

Adult Support Worker required for immediate start in Coventry. Full and Part time hours with those with LD.

Your new company
Hays are a local agency that are working with a number of residential homes within Coventry that are looking for ongoing and consistent support on both a full and part time basis.

Your new role
In your new role as an adult support you will be working within supported accommodation settings where you will be responsible for those with a range of learning needs. You will be required to organise the service users daily routines, including personal care, meal times and daily activities. In this role you will be working on a shift basis including weekends and evenings.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism. You will need to hold either a level 2 or level 3 qualification within health and social care. You will need to be able to work shifts and be able to work at least 16+ hours / 2 days a week.
