Adult Support Worker required for immediate start in Leamington Spa, full and part time hours
Your new company
Hays are working with a national charity ran organisation that are looking for ongoing temporary staff to join their team as soon as possible. They provide ongoing support and accommodation to adults with learning disabilities.
Your new role
In your new role as an Adult Support Worker you will be responsible for the day to day running of the residential units. You will be required to assist the service users with personal care, daily activities, making observations and writing reports.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience working with adults with learning difficulties. You need to hold a level 2 or 3 qualification within Health and Social Care. You will need to be able to work on a shift basis and have your own transport.
