Adult Support Worker required for immediate start in Leamington Spa, residential support, full and part time
Your new company
Hays are working with a number of charity ran organisations that are looking for regular support workers to cover ongoing shifts each week. They are looking for those that can work on a shift basis, either full or part time, including evenings and weekends.
Your new role
In your new role as an adult support worker you will be providing ongoing support to those with learning disabilities. You will be required to provide ongoing support including personal care, creating activities, working to care plans and organising meal times.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities which can be referenced. You will need to be able to work at least 20 hours a week including one weekend a month. You will need to have your own transport or be flexible with travel. You will also ideally hold either a Level 2 or 3 within Health and Social Care.
