As part of planned growth, we are working with one of the most successful residential developers in the UK who are looking to strengthen the Technical department with the recruitment of an Adoptions Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop a career within an organisation that is well known for building quality homes.
Working within an established technical team, you will oversee the utility requirements for all live schemes. You will be asked to manage the adoption bonds with the NHBC and negotiate the service provider on all schemes. A good candidate with support the Technical Director in ensuring the Technical team are fully resourced and well directed, with clear guidelines for their own responsibilities.
A successful candidate will have the experience of working for a major company in a similar role and have knowledge and understand of major functions within the remit of Technical services and how they impact on site acquisition and development.
Candidates MUST have at least 2 years’ post qualification experience as an Adoptions & Services Engineering or Adoptions & Services Coordinator with a major UK based Residential Developer, UK based Contractor or Engineering Consultancy.
