Administrator - Chelmsford £18,000-£19,000

My friendly and forward thinking finance services client is seeking an experienced administrator with excellent coordination skills to work as part of the back office team.

You will need excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with client queries and chasing documentation. This is a really interesting role and would suit some one who enjoys taking ownership of a project and making it happen!

Duties will include:

  • Process all new business
  • Responsible for all policies going live
  • Action provider/client queries
  • Chasing of outstanding documents
  • Actioning/sending out start date process
  • Carry out one month checks
  • Assist with outstanding commission enquiries
  • Monitoring queries
  • Dealing with compliance and making sure all details are saved
  • Organising social events
  • Cover for Client Liaison Administrator in their absence
  • Managing phone calls and dealing with the post

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
