We are currently recruiting for a PART TIME Administration Officer working within a local government department in Welwyn Garden City.
Hours of work will be; 24 hours per week (flexible start and finish times - Covering a maternity leave)
Working as part of the team, you will play a crucial role in;
Manage generic email account queries
Record, log and track information (eg contract variations, pre-reg training)
General admin duties (photocopying, filing etc)
Ability to take minutes / notes at team meetings (preferable)
Answering telephone queries
Helping with any major ad hoc exercises.
Due to the department you will be working within, you must remain vigilant and ensure that high security it maintained at all times to maintain the standards of this facility.
In order to be considered for these roles, candidates must be willing to complete a Disclosure Scotland security check. This incurs a one off fee (paid up front) of £25 and usually takes up to 3 working weeks (maximum) to clear.
*Should you be placed successfully within a temporary position, Brook Street will reimburse you with the above fee directly in to you pay following 4 completion of a minimum of 4 working weeks**
