Personnel Selection are currently recruiting for a company based on the outskirts of Chichester who are seeking an Administration Assistant with excellent Sage 200, Excel and Outlook to join the well established team.
The role is extremely varied and if you have a keen interest in horses then all the better.
The duties for this role are as follows
- Answering telephone calls and giving advice to customers
- Processing returns and raising credit notes
- General enquiries by email
- Chasing and organising deliveries
- Accounting duties such as invoicing and tracking budgets
- End of day sales reports
- Credit card payments
- Administrative support for the sales managers
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The position is full time and the hours of work ar 9-5 Monday to Friday with 20 days hoiday plus bank holidays. There is parking on site and the comapny is close to the town
