Administrators x 10 temporary for 8 weeks

Birmingham City Centre Immediate Start Monday 19th August

Our office is conveniently located within a few minute's walk of Birmingham train stations.

As a Customer Administration Representative in our Call Centre, you will be handling customer enquires over email and outbound calls, delivering a friendly, helpful and efficient service to every customer. This is an opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service environment who is enthusiastic and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment with excellent admin and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer emails

Resolve a range of customer enquires

Problem solving

Offer advice and guidance

Update our internal systems

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous customer service experience

Good communication and listening skills

Attention to Details

Professional and friendly approach to work

Good problem solving skills

Adaptable to change

IT literate

Experience in CRM desirable

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Shifts: 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm with the option of extra hours on a Saturday this is an 8 week assignment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.50 to £9.00 per hour
