You will be working in a close knit team of advisors and administrators, and alongside the sales teams to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in an organised and timely manner to ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with efficiently.
You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, so as well as having fantastic administration skills, you must also be committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Being the first point of contact for new customers/queries
- Ensuring customers queries are being processed and resolved
- Sending updates and reports to customers/clients
- Administration duties such as emails, post, faxing and filing
- Inputting and updating customer records
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook and have an approachable, personable manner.
