AQA, the UK’s largest provider of academic qualifications, has vacancies for temporary administrators based on the University of Surrey campus in Guildford.
We are an educational charity and the leading provider of GCSE and A-level qualifications. Each year we work with around 30,000 examiners and moderators who help us to assess the work of students. We are currently seeking experienced administrators to support the delivery of our summer exam series.
These administrative roles will involve a range of tasks to support our work including processing data, formatting assessment materials, liaising with customers and colleagues via phone and email, supporting and coordinating other exam processes.
We are looking for candidates with a strong administrative background, including:
good customer service skills
strong IT skills, particularly MS Office
strong communication skills, both in person and by phone/email
excellent attention to detail
exceptional planning and organisational skills
the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure in a high-risk environment
a quick learner with the ability and interest in understanding our business
great stakeholder and relationship management skills.
