We have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients in Rugby at a busy Manufacturing site and they are looking for an experienced Administrator ideally someone that has worked within a Warehouse or that has Shipping Admin experience. You will be working in a small team with 2 other people in the office so personality is KEY! This is working full time Monday-Friday, temp -perm and interviews will be taking place from 21/05/25

What will I be doing?

• General Administrative duties
• General Customer Service
• Taking incoming calls from couriers
• Arranging Shipping/Export documents
• Printing off haulage tickets

What do I need?

• You MUST be local to Rugby
• Have the relevant Warehouse/ Shipping Admin experience
• Confident on the phone, personality is key for this role!
• Excellent IT skills
