My client, a well-respected, high - end private mental health clinic in London, is looking for a proactive and compassionate Clinical Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting mental health services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and that clients feel welcomed and well cared for. If this sounds appealing, please apply above!

This full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with four days based in the clinic and Fridays working from home. The salary is up to £33,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You will do:

  • Booking client and clinician appointments
  • Preparing invoices and updating client records
  • Formatting reports and managing clinical documents
  • Communicating with GPs, schools, and other professionals
  • Handling new enquiries and client communications
  • Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a welcoming environment

Who You Are:

  • You have previous experience in an administrative role
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • You’re comfortable with technology and can pick up new systems quickly
  • You’re highly organised, a quick learner, and a great problem-solver
  • You can work independently and manage a varied workload
  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and over the phone
  • You’re friendly, empathetic, and professional at all times
