Monday to Friday

£14.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE

Our client is hiring an Office Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team on a temporary basis. This could become a permanent role for the right candidate ?

You will be required provide support across the business including front of house duties, administration support and co - ordination of meetings and travel for the team.

This is a busy and varied role with a range of different tasks. Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be support for incoming telephone calls and directing to team members.
  • Ensure that the office environment is maintained to a high standard for clients and suppliers
  • Maintain all office equipment including servicing schedules / repairs as required with the help of suppliers
  • Creating records and entering detailed information onto the company database, generating correspondence, and attaching documents
  • Set up conference calls in the boardroom and meeting room for the team and prepare meeting rooms for meetings and training sessions, utilising Teams / Zoom
  • Arrange refreshments and IT set up for meetings
  • Make travel bookings as required including conference attendance

To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, have excellent attention to detail, possess a confident phone manner and be a strong team player. The role will suit a candidate with a flexible, positive can-do attitude and flexible approach to their work.
