Location: - Midlands, Northampton

Salary: - £20,000 - £23,000 (DOE)

Role Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a construction-based firm based within the midlands, Northampton region who are expanding their commercial team by on boarding an Administrator.

As an Administrator, you will be tasked to deliver the highest standard of customer services. Whilst working closely with the internal team of industry professionals, you will be working under the guidance of our Operations Director and interacting with a diverse client portfolio.

Day to day duties will vary but could include:

Providing exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients.

  • Performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Supporting our Operations Director and Managing Director as needed.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office to create and proofread documents.
  • Handling incoming inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Assisting colleagues and our accounts team with general support tasks.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Your ability to plan, prioritise, and adapt will be crucial in this role.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, you'll excel in delivering top-notch service to our valued clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
