I am looking to speak with experienced Administrators who are immediately available for a number of admin roles I am recruiting for on behalf of my public sector clients in York. You will ideally have demonstrable experience within administrator or receptionist roles, and will have good IT skills across a range of different packages, great organisation skills and strong communication skills both written and oral.

Client Details

My client operate within the public sector space and are based in York.


As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and preparing rooms for meetings
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Data entry tasks
  • Filing of documents
  • Handling phone calls and emails and responding promptly


The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role with a high attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise workload effectively, and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer

Full time role + Immediate start + Weekly Pay + £12-14 p/h including holiday pay + Temporary, and ongoing + Excellent company benefits
