Great opportunity for an Administrator to work for a leading and highly successful financial services company based in Needham Market. The successful applicant will be joining a vibrant and friendly team and will be assisting with the day to day administration of a busy office.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities of Administrator
- Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant staff member
- Checking customer files are correct and up to date
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Data input
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Admin support to a busy sales team
- Good standard of education
- Experience within financial services desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player
- Previous administration experience
