Great opportunity for an Administrator to work for a leading and highly successful financial services company based in Needham Market. The successful applicant will be joining a vibrant and friendly team and will be assisting with the day to day administration of a busy office.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities of Administrator

  • Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant staff member
  • Checking customer files are correct and up to date
  • Chasing outstanding documents
  • Data input
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Admin support to a busy sales team

Skills required

  • Good standard of education
  • Experience within financial services desirable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Previous administration experience
