Job Title: Administrators

Location: Various Leeds locations

Salary Range: £8.72 - £9.50 per hour

We have several administrative roles working with a number of clients in various Leeds locations requiring ad hoc temporary administrative cover. Working full time hours these vacancies sit in a range of sectors. Candidates with some experience in an office environment is essential along with decent IT ability.

The duties include basic admin such as scanning, emailing and general client calls. Other roles require excellent data entry, data analysis or basic accounts in either accounts payable or receivable. Some of the tasks are repetitive however the more involved you become the more varied the duties will be. Excellent attention to detail is essential and good written and verbal English is required. Some previous office experience is essential.

To be successful you’ll need the following:

  • First class communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Car owner preferable or the ability to travel to various Leeds locations
  • Hours: various - some are full weeks and others may be short term for a few days
