REED Business Support are currently representing a fantastic client who is looking to take on a temporary Administrator to start ASAP!

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Booking couriers, hotels, ferry bookings and train bookings as and when required
  • Inputting information onto various spreadsheets and data bases
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions, matching delivery notes and purchase invoices, logging invoices onto excel spreadsheet and liaising with head office
  • Filing – both electronic and paper
  • Maintaining Stationery stock and PPE requirements
  • Liaise with Managers other staff members and assist them with their requirements
