Job Title: Administrator

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Job Sector: Marine/Offshore

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 DOE, Plus Bonus, Company Pension, 23 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the parts division of a market leading worldwide organisation that specialise within the Offshore and Marine industry. Within the role of Administrator you shall be responsible for the following:

• Answering enquiries via e-mail and over the telephone

• Be the first point of contact with business partners

• Identification of parts requirements and order the correct supply

• Administration duties related to all enquires and business documentation

• Purchase sourcing and purchase administration

• Provide excellent customer service and account management

Requirements of Role:

• Previous experience within an administrative role is essential

• Must have experience in purchasing runs

• Competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel

• Working with cranes, powered access or construction machinery with either parts sales or service support would be preferred
