Salary: £9 Per Hour

Hours of Work: Wednesday 12:00 till 17:00, Thursday 07:00 till 16:30 and Friday 07:00 till 16:30

Employment Type: Part time

Igloo are recruiting for a administrator role for our client automotive transportation companies based in Sheerness, Kent. This is an opportunity for an individual to grow within a company.

The Role

  • Producing reports and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Invoice control
  • General administration duties
  • Processing work wear orders and general purchasing
  • Updating internal database systems (training on internal systems will be given)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work on their own or within a team
  • Strong time management skills
