Administrator required - reporting to both the Administration Assistant Manager& Sales Ledger & Credit Control Manager.
The role will involve the preparation and delivery of our customers’ group billing requirements, the review and checking of our regional accounts invoicing, and the upkeep and auditing of our own internal databases. A large part of the role is working on our key accounts external web-based systems. Excellent input and database interrogation skills are required, as well as a high level of accuracy and commitment, to ensure that the end product delivered to our customers and branch network meets their expectations and our contractual commitments.
The role also involves assisting with the preparation of Head Office meetings (Booking rooms / organising lunches etc) and the processing of Secom staff ID’s when cover is needed.
We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual, with a flexible and "can do" attitude to their work, who is able to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.
A committed and reliable individual is required, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
