Due to continued growth and development, our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator/Finance Assistant to join their team currently based in Plymouth.

Reporting to the Accounts and Finance Director the successful candidate will be ideally trained to AAT level or equivalent. The Company use Xero Accounts Professional Software so experience using this software would be advantageous, as would a working knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme), Payment Certificates and Retentions.

Temp to Perm Role available for the right person.

Flexible part time hours. 2-3 days (which will include Friday) £10.00 per hour

Main duties

Reconcile and balance supplier statements.

All reconciliation queries.

Dealing with and resolving all transaction queries held within aged creditors.

Other duties will include scanning and filing of documents online and paper copies.

Admin support to the rest of the team as and when needed.

Monthly CIS Returns and Receipts.

Skills

Accounts experience ideally AAT qualified.

Excellent computer skills.

Good communication skills verbal and written.

Use of Excel.

The ability to work alone and part of a team.

Experience of Xero.
