We are currently recruiting for 2 administrators for a growing logistics company based in Calmore Industrial Estate soon to be relocating to chandlers Ford. You will be working within a busy transport office supporting the Transport team with general administration. This is a great opportunity to join as this is an expanding business. Both administrators will be coming in at different levels so one will be required to have more experience in customs and freight.

  • Salary 19-22k dependant on experience
  • Mon-Fri
  • 8:00-17:00 pm flexibility required
  • On the job training and support
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Main Duties include:

  • Assisting with general administration such as inputting and outputting data, filing, using Microsoft packages
  • Taking calls and dealing with drivers and or clients as and when required. This is not a customer service role but you will need to be confident in dealing with telephone queries
  • CNS bookings/freight or port booking system (for the senior administrator)

Requirements:

  • Transport background desirable but not essential
  • CNS knowledge desirable but not essential for the junior administrator
  • customer abilities via phone and email
  • Ability to manage their workload efficiently
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Good attitude
  • Ability to be able to communicate professionally with clients
  • Good English-speaking skills
