Harvey McQueen are extremely pleased to be recruiting for one of our clients based in Westhoughton, Bolton. They are looking for an Administrator to join the team due to growth within the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge.

You must be able to work the following hours : Monday - Friday 2pm - 9.30pm

Responsibilities

  • To receive and process shipping documentation
  • To arrange shipping of stock and customer orders
  • Ensure customer administrative processes are adhered to
  • Liaison with customers to ensure an excellent level of customer service
  • Scanning
  • General Admin
  • Filing
  • Processing deliveries
  • Ensuring labels and delivery notes are correct
  • Import and Export

Pay Benefits and Hours of work

  • Working Monday to Friday 2pm - 9.30pm
  • 12 weeks temp with a view to permanent
  • Salary £18,000 per annum
  • Full time, permanent role
  • Free parking
  • Pension Scheme
