Our client, a well known distributor of automotive parts who are part of a global automotive leader is looking for an administrator to join their very successful team.

Are you looking for an admin role where you will be part of a successful team and company?

The role:

  • You will provide first line support to the external sales team
  • Taking calls from internal and external customers and passing on the messages to the relevant people
  • You will be raising purchase orders track the timely arrival through purchasing
  • Providing admin support to the Managing Director and General Manager.

Ideally, you will have sales and marketing administration experience with some basic website admin knowledge.

You will be IT literate, have strong interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner.

The company have a strong learning and development ethos, so you will be willing to learn new skills.
