An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administrators to join a rapidly expanding Bolton based company within client services. Our Client is looking for Administration experts - ideally from fast paced, energetic background who thrive on being busy, busy, busy! This brand is undergoing rapid expansion and boasts a fantastic culture and ethos.

This is a key role supporting the customer services team to deliver first class outstanding administrative support within a very busy environment.

You will be writing a high volume of quotations and assisting with general administration duties. Therefore, the ideal Administrator will need to demonstrate excellent writing skills and be able to work in a busy fast-paced office.

Administrators Daily Tasks / Responsibilities

*Writing new quotations
*Maintaining client records / data entries
*Writing order confirmations
*Following to all company procedures

The ideal Administrator will

*Have excellent writing skills
*Pay great attention to detail
*Perform well under pressure
*Be willing to take on additional tasks to support their career development
*Have a can-do attitude
*Be educated to GCSE Level as a minimum

Bolton based permanent career opportunity

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

£17,077 per annum (£328 p/w)
20 days of paid holidays per years
Pension scheme.
