Temporary job for an Administrator based in Cardiff

Your new company
You will be working for a reputable public sector organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre

Your new role
You will act as the first point of contact for any enquiries and direct them to relevant departments. You will be responsible for updating any notice boards and liaise with departments to organise requirements for activities and any onsite events. You will also manage any documentation, provide administrative support for meetings and undertake any other general administrative duties as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a competent Administrator with recent experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will be highly organised with great attention to detail and be competent in IT including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid £10.99 per hour and work 37 hours per week between Monday and Friday. This is a temporary assignment initially for 2 months.
