This permanent position offers a great deal of variety. You'll be working for a healthcare company in Bradford, specifically within the offices of their local production facility. As part of a small administration team, you'll enjoy a huge amount of autonomy, becoming a crucial linchpin between the site management, accounts department and production heads.
This is a fast-paced environment and requires a strong multi-tasker. You'll be involved in all aspects of the operation from helping external customers and suppliers with queries, generating reports and correspondence, entering, processing and amending orders on their internal systems, as well as generating and monitoring purchase orders. Naturally, you'll also have the more typical administration jobs to complete such as manning the switchboard & reception, filing, ordering stationary and booking hotels.In fact, what we can be sure of is that no two days will be the same and your day will never drag!
If you are currently working in a similar environment as an Administrator, Accounts Assistant, PA, Billing Clerk etc. and want to have more responsibility then it is essential that you have experience within and can demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Report generation
- A competent user of both Word and Excel, (with the ability to generate basic formulas/graphs in Excel)
- Data entry skills using internal systems
- Communication with external customers and/or suppliers
- An organised, proactive approach with a high degree of attention to detail
This company offers a great deal of security and stability. You'll be working sociable hours, Monday through to Friday 08:00-16:00. There is a full benefits package, including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 5% contributory pension and life insurance.
