Administrator required for a reputable home improvements company in Southend.
- To answer all incoming calls
- To process all orders to meet the customers satisfaction, via email, website and telephone
- To update customers on outstanding orders and lead times
- To reply to E Mails timeously
- To quote and process product enquiries
- Rely to requests for copy documents and queries on customer accounts
- To perform telesales calls to both existing and old customers
- Lease with the technical department and send info to both suppliers and customers
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am - 6pm (can be flexible) , Saturday (9am-1pm) on rotation (1 in 3/4)
Salary: Up to £20,000 (DOE) per annum
