About the role:
Working as part of a small team, you will be assisting the design team in an admin/support role. Duties will include:

  • Managing a busy mail box
  • Sending visuals for customer orders to agreed deadlines
  • Updating the CRM system.
  • Liaising with internal and external printers
  • Assisting the design team to ensure a high level of customer service
  • General office administration

Skills and experience required:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administration role, be able to work efficiently with an excellent telephone manner. You will be comfortable working with Word, Excel and email and be highly organised. A minimum of 5 GCSE Grade A -C (or equivalent) including English and Maths is essential. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills and be able to work to deadlines
