My client, a leading Waste Management company has an immediate opening for an Administrator to join its friendly team in Filton. This permanent opportunity would suit an experienced Administrator looking for a role with excellent long-term prospects.

If successful, you will be working as part of a friendly team where you will provide administrative support to the Collections function. Reporting directly to the Collections Business Manager, your duties will include;

-General office administration - daily filing, production and processing of paperwork

-Dealing with customer telephone and email enquiries including logging calls

- Support collection controllers with booking in lift requirements as required.

- Assist with revenue ticket processing as required.

- Assist in raising purchase orders and completing goods returned notes.

- Managing a varied workload and completing tasks within deadlines.

- Complete monthly customer reports.

You will be an experienced, customer focused Administrator with excellent telephone skills (dealing with complex information which must be accurately understood/transmitted), great organisational skills with a "can do" attitude and an eye for detail. You will be IT literate with experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and demonstrate a flexible approach to your work.
