Are you an EXPERIENCED Administrator looking for an IMMEDIATE start date? Are you looking for a Monday - Friday role? Would you like free on site parking? Our Client requires administration support for the next 4-6 Weeks within their customer service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established within a busy department.

Duties will include:

  • Speaking to customers on the phone and updating the in house database
  • Printing and amending invoices
  • Scanning documents
  • Placing orders with the warehouse
  • Covering Reception when required
  • Order refreshments

Skillset required:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail

Due to the location of the role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have access to your own transport
