Are you an experienced Administrator, strong at multi-tasking with bags of enthusiasm and self-confidence? We are seeking a candidate for our High Wycombeclient who are the leaders within their market. In this busy job, you will be supporting colleagues with their Administrative tasks as well as organising meetings and maintaining databases.


  • Supporting the team with meeting preparation documents
  • Maintaining in-house databased with accurate data
  • Fielding calls for the department
  • Preparing reports using information passed over
  • Organising a variety of meetings considering current commitments
  • Create and maintain a viable filing system
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients over the phone
  • Proofreading work as required
  • General Administration as directed

This is an exciting newly-created role where no two days will be the same.
