This renowned legal firm, based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, is experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are a specialist legal firm where they provide excellent knowledge and expertise. Due to their success, they are expanding in size and seeking administrators to join their team.
Your new role
You will be providing support to case managers. This involves assisting with postal duties, opening new client folders and archiving and retrieving files. To do this, you will also update their in-house system. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in an administration role will help you succeed in this role. You will have excellent attention to detail along with excellent communication skills. You will be confident handling phone calls. You will be a team player and have the ability to work both in a team and individually. You will be available to work Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary between £16-£18k. When you start, you will receive training including systems training. There are excellent opportunities for progression within the business.
