Temporary customer service Adviser / Administrator for a client based in Oldham.

Your new company
A large and friendly shared service centre based in Oldham town centre with a variety of public and private sector clients.

Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to assist transport workers in upgrading their essential certificates and licences. You will be using the inhouse system, sending documents , reviewing documents and taking different forms of payments. A Valid DBS is essential for this role, along with strong IT and clear communication skills. You must be able to work on a shift rotation pattern for which the core hours are 0800 to 1800.

What you'll need to succeed

An excellent telephone manner, a passion for outstanding customer service and an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude are paramount within this role. Previous experience of working in a busy customer service will also be beneficial. Excellent communication skills are essential both orally and written and the ability to communicate at all levels both face to face and over the telephone and the ability to send documentation via e-mail are essential. Good problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative, combined with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines are paramount.
