Reed Business Support Guildford are currently working with an award winning Estate Agents based in Haslemere.
They are looking for an Sales and lettings Administrator to join the busy team.
It is located around a 5 minutes walk from Haslemere train station with Parking in the local roads around 5 minutes away also.
The position is paying £18,000 but with commission the average earnings are around £24,000 - £25,000 per year.
8.45 to 5.45 Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday (Normally 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu in the week.
Some of the duties you will be expected to undertake include:
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Being the first point of contact for the branch
- Diary management
- Creating invoices and letters for the sales and lettings team
- Use of the Jupix internal software
- Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails
- Registering new applicants
- Any other administrative tasks as required
Key skills / qualities
- IT literate
- Excellent Typing Skills
- Social media knowledge
- Property Knowledge preferred
- Good time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excel and word knowledge
