Office Angels are currently looking for an Administrator to join one of their clients in the Staffordshire area. This role has an ASAP start however will be longer term. If you have an admin background and are looking for your next varied admin role, please take a look at the details below.

As their newest Administrator you will be supporting the accounts department and working closely with management. You will be responsible for providing administration support in 3 different departments of the team.

You will be responsible for providing warehouse admin support, customer service and the finance team.

As part of the warehouse admin, you will be responsible for checking stock and ensuring it is available for orders, data entry and processing documents. Other things you will also be responsible for are taking orders, customer care and also assisting finance with matching up delivery and dispatch notes.
