- To support the whole team through efficient administration
- To manage the office stationary, equipment and other similar requirements
- To maintain and generally assist with the portal system
- Monitor and respond to the admin inbox
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email
- Reporting and database management
- Previous Customer Service and Administration experience is essential
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and approachable
- Great energy
- Computer literate
