Temporary Administration Role Based in Nottingham

Your new company
You will be working for a market leader in Private healthcare, based in Nottingham.

Your new role
You will be greeting all clients of the clinic and making sure they are seen too. You will be screening calls and directing them through the switchboard. Dealing with filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying documents on a busy reception. You will also be managing an inbox and making sure that all appointments are book correctly through the internal system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2 years experience in a similar role and have advanced skills on all Microsoft packages. Secondary school education is essential and 2 A-Levels are desirable but not essential.
