Your new role
You will work as an administrator within the sales team, providing administrative support to the Sales Director as well as the wider sales team.
Part of your role will be to liaise with customers, ensuring that deliveries have arrived on time. You will also be responsible for imputing and processing orders through SAP, so experience of using this system would be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must have previous administration experience and excellent customer service skills. You will be highly organised and have a proactive approach to work as you will sometimes be required to assist in other departments. You will also be a fast learner as training will be provided. Strong IT skills in Excel, Word and SAP are essential. Day to day duties will include:
* Liaising with suppliers and colleagues at all levels
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers
* Calling customers to ensure deliveries have arrived on time
* Day to day general office work
* Processing invoices and imputing information using Excel spreadsheets
* Supporting the Sales Director with some duties to include gathering information for presentations and processing expenses
