Our client is looking for an Administrator to support within the HR/Recruitment team. Our client has strong family values and this runs throughout the entire business.

Location: Huthwaite

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support including writing letters, printing, scanning & filing
  • Taking calls from managers throughout the group regarding new starter and recruitment
  • Ensure up to date and accurate information is input into the HR System
  • Maintain HR documents both on an electronic and paper filing system
  • Manage any necessary employee changes; ensuring it is kept up to date and is correct#
  • Administer Recruitment documentation, including the starter and leaver processes, offer letters, contracts of employment, change of terms and conditions, leavers letters and documents, arranging exit interviews
  • Assist Recruitment Team with the on boarding process for new starters
  • Provide payroll with necessary paperwork for starters, leavers and changes of terms and condition
  • Administration of salary reviews

Skills, Attributes & Experience:

  • A team player
  • Calm under pressure
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience in HR would be highly beneficial but not essential
  • Highly organised, able to effectively prioritise and meet deadline
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
