Based at the main UK office of a technical business, this varied role will be supporting a small department and all associated administrative functions. You will be working closely with the engineers as well as building strong professional relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Assisting the department Director with diary and calendar entries
  • Minute taking for meetings
  • Hosting internal conference calls
  • Producing O&M manuals
  • Scheduling engineers work
  • Writing up reports and submitting to customers
  • Liaising with sub-contractors
  • Arranging and booking accommodation and flights
  • Raising enquiry numbers and entering data accurately onto enquiry spreadsheets
  • Using quotation templates and entering standard information
  • Organising service and maintenance visits and coordination of engineers
  • Checking site reports for grammar before submitting to the customer
