Admin Role within an NHS organisation - ongoing temp position

Your new company
My client is a large organisation within the healthcare sector based in Wakefield.

Your new role
Due to an increase in workload they are looking to take on 2 x temporary workers to join the team in the admin department. Your main duties will be:

  • Processing Referral documents
  • Reception cover
  • Booking in patients
  • organising appointments for patients
  • updating all the relevant documentation

What you'll need to succeed
You must have an excellent attention to detail as this is key within the role. You must also have the ability to communication well with customers as this role will involve customer contact both face to face and on the phone.

What you'll get in return
This role is initially for 8 weeks but could go on for longer for the right candidate.
